I noted my stay at the station hotel very nice room shabby chic style I think you call it but very clean and tastefully decorated We had drinks and dinner as well in the pub restaurant which was really good Had a comfortable nights sleep and a really tasty breakfast in the morning before we departed would recommend this hotel for people to stay at 😊

Mini Break .
We stayed here whilst visiting relatives. A little disapointed don't quite get the personal service expected in hotel. Waited at bar to check in then no personal check out just leave keys in door ! The pub is quirky nice lay out , we had food in restaurant one eve thats was very nicely presented can recommend the food . However we were not informed the bar closes at 10pm every night!. It was explained why when we asked which was fair enough but they need to inform people who are staying of this. The room was ok , nicely presented had the basics one would expect . There was no glasses in room which for a delux room feel they should be included , however you can get glsses from the bar if you ask . Most of the staff were pleasent & friendly though some need to smile & be more approachable for front of house . We would be happy to visit the pub & restaurant side in future but staying here not for us.
