The property is similar to an AirBnB where you're sharing a common space but your room is your space. The room and bathroom is very spacious and the host is very sweet. You have to be mindful it's a residential area so you have to be quiet between certain hours but I prefer a quiet place so that worked perfectly for me. The location is conveniently located to nearby restaurants which came in help because it rained a good amount while I was there. The common area is gorgeous and really is the highlight of the space. I enjoyed myself and will stay again the next time I'm in Rome.

This is a wonderful place to stay which is close to Vatican city. The guest house is in a residential area that is quiet with good restaurants. Walking to many attractions is easy and Francesco is a charming young man who enjoys discussing any topic with you. I highly recommend this guest house.

Great little guest house
Great find, lovely little guest house, just far enough out of the main tourist areas to feel like the real Rome. Francesco was really welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He also recommended local restaurants, which were great. I would recommend this to everyone.

Fantastic sty, wonderful host
Fantastic stay in this accommodation, couldn't be faulted. Central, close to metro station and the vatican area. Francesco is a fabulous host. Francesco met me at the property, very friendly and welcoming, gave helpful recommendations and very easy to contact. The property is very clean and comfortable with access to a range of amenities (shared living/kitchen area). Would definitely recommend this property and would return in the future.
