Nice room and near metro.
Room is clean and the view from the room is fantastic. Can watch sunrise from the living room.
The only drawback is there isn't room cleaning services so must keep room clean for the six days stay.
overall is good just nobody can help when problems
Basically, the appartment is clean and have good view but not the same as we saw from booking and not the top floor. Poor connection as we can only wait or no response, the staff we can ask for help onlu use Kaktalk which we do not use very ofter which means disconnected at all. Finally we have to solve all problem by ourself like no toilet paper, no garbage bag and nobody to collect. The bed is not in good condition even some furnitures was broken like chair and clothing hanger inside the room. The traffic are good specially for bus but not for metro and is acceptable.

The ambiance of the place is fantastic. It gives a nice city view and facing the Seoul Tower. The house is clean and comfortable and makes you feel like home. Also, it's close to the rail station (only 5-10mins walk) and lots of dining places nearby. There is a also a bus stop sitting right next to the building, it's convenient for those who takes the airport shuttle bus to the hotel directly. Besides, the host Ms Lee and the manager Mr Kris are nice and helpful. They were always ready to attend to our needs and replied us almost instantly, from ordering jumbo taxi to requesting a baby crib. I highly suggest Brownstone Penthouse to everyone, especially if you are travelling in a big group or with family. A few things to make it perfect would be, it would be nice if housekeeping can be provided daily and the management fee can be adjusted accordingly to reflect this service.
