Don't book, because you will end up having no room
DON'T BOOK - the room isn't granted, even you have a confirmation! Arrived at the Hotel, and including the fact i had my confirmation code, they told me no room available in the Hotel, and they don't have me in the system! Took me ages to find a Hotel and i had to drive back to Tel Aviv. Asked at the Hotel if they at least taking care of the Taxi - of course NOT. So if you want to stay on the street without a room - especially after a long flight go for this Hotel.

Caveat - I try to write informed, well-rounded reviews of great, mid-level and terrible hotel stays to be helpful. Usually they include good and bad, however there was very little good about this stay. We were only there one night. It seemed fine overall and was clean (enough). there were two major problems - first, the bed was awful - we were there with a lot of people and may had a hard time sleeping. Secondly, and one that could have/should have been fixed asap, we had a huge blockage in a shower. My husband dealt with it during his shower then I asked for someone to come asap to fix it before I took mine, as we were getting ready for a wedding. They "fixed" it, I jumped in and Nope! blocked up with who knows what - gross. They should have just switched our room. the next morning, we went for breakfast, which I thought was included but it was not, and I had to fight for them to gve us a breakfast in exchange for the problems we had It was a buffet - should have been no need to even ask. This is not in line with the Prima brand.

Excellent location. The 12th floor sitting area with snacks and drinks is a bonus. Comfortable. Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Only if you are on business in the area
The room was ok, but location and expense was awful. Food at breakfast was tired in appearance and there is no restaurant either in the hotel or nearby.

Nice stay, terrible food
The stay was excellent, but there are absolutely no restaurants nearby.. The hotel serves terrible food.. I had to walk faraway for food or live mostly on dry or dehydrated fruits

Don't care about there visitors
It was my second time there, after in the first time no one answered in the reception when the TV didn't work. This time the visit began with 20+ minutes of check-in without any reasonable reason. It continued when I found out the shower don't work as it should, and I had to hold the small head shower with my hand. When I did the check-out the morning after, and complained to the person in the reception about the shower, it didn't look he was bothered about that. I need to think twice if will go there to a third visit.

Good value and well appointed
The Prima is a great option in Raanana. It is everything you need it to be - comfortable, clean, well appointed and a great breakfast.

Quick overnight stop for work. Hotel was fine - not much around that I could see but room was clean and functional

a good hotel with good service, and out of traffic jam near Tel Aviv. with roof top lounge, we can take a rest and chat there with frined, and the best is: happy hour with lite dinner, and many drink choice incluidng lemonade, beer, wine; so I don't have to worry where to dinner after one day's work mostly in meeting.

Clean Room
I stayed here for a week for work. The hotel was fine. The room was clean. The bed was two twin beds pushed together which made it uncomfortable. The early check in I requested was unavailable. The front desk staff was not overly friendly. The dinner was good. The neighborhood had very little within walking distance in terms of restaurants or shops.
