Clean facility and friendly staff
This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and they never fail. Service is always amazing. They have a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. They also have activities for kids last weekend. I'm not sure if that's a new thing but I hope they keep offering it. Also, they have live music every night!

Arrival to an escalator and an elevator on the street. Very obscure entrance. No help with luggage. Very attentive and friendly staff. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. There is no coffee availability for early risers. No in room coffee or place to get it until 6 am. Arriving from a place with a 3 or more hour time difference makes everyone an early riser. Not familiar with the area I tracked down the escalator and fortunately turned left and found a Starbucks.

I liked the stay, very clean hotel, great location for walking to Waikiki and shops. Traffic was always there, can’t be avoided but hard to navigate into the hotel - valet parking the best but $$. Would definitely stay again.
