Only 3 parking spaces(note not parking). There was no hot water, I needed to call receptionist everytime I wanted to shower so they can turn on the pump. I called 4 times and one time I was questioned about why I was showering again (which is none of their business). There was a leak in the toilet, I called it in and the maintenance guy “fixed” it but he actually didn’t, he only turned of the pipe and everytime I wanted to use the toilet I needed to turn it on and off. The guy didn’t even told us that we needed to do that, I had to figure it out, he just said that it was fixed. It was frustrating I’m never staying in this hotel no more

Beautiful, but........
The hotel is new and beautiful. Very close to the plaza with the church. The problem they haven't quite figured out is the water. There is water but the pressure is not good. We did tell owner and he said he was happy to know of the problem. I would stay there again.

Brand new hotel
The hotel looks very good and spotless clean. The rooms themselves however luck the basic Amenities. No coffee, no glasses, no fridge, no chair or desk, no place to put clothes away And sadly no WiFi in the rooms. The water system, again was inconsistent and was either too hot or too cold. Very little value for the price.

New Hotel, Nice Central Location
This hotel is new, clean, and beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and they work hard to ensure a good experience. They are very new and there are a few things that still need development, but currently, value for the price is good. The location is within walking distance to local markets, the historical church, and town plaza. For a great local breakfast experience, walk to the Mercado Municipal, just a block and a half away.

Hotel pequeño pero confortable.
El hotel con excelente ubicación a cuadra y media de la plaza principal. El servicio excelente y el personal muy solícito para atendernos. La alberca muy limpia. Es un hotel nuevo , así que todo el mobiliario, ropa de cama y blancos está en excelente estado. Solo les falta un poco de variedad en los alimentos del restaurante. El otro inconveniente para personas de la tercera edad es que no hay elevador y las escaleras son muy pesadas para subir a las habitaciones de la tercera planta. En general fue una estancia placentera.
