Good hotspring pool but old rooms
It has good interior from reception to the pool area. Even to the restaurant part but when it comes to room its quite old. It needs improvement esp the bathroom. The shower's hot water has low pressure. It is also not that clean. There is no ref or kettle available in the superior room. For its price, which is on the expensive side compared to other hotels available, it lacks a few amenities. Going to the hotel rooms, it take a lot of stairs so be prepared and i think this is not senior friendly. On the resort part, I couldn't complain much. There are 4 pools plus the fountain, so you have lot of options. You can also choose the level of temperature of the pool as it has different hotness on it. Though the pools available are not that big but it's acceptable.

Not worth the money spent
There is no water in the room sometimes, pressure fluctuating. The condition of the shower is not clean, rusty. The food served in the restaurant is quite slow.

Never again would I go to this resort
The resort on first appearance was quite good the firsts meal was ok then it started to go down hill on the second day it started with a very very poor breakfast which was over priced after breakfast I returned to my room to find house service had done a good job Only to receive a call from a friend of mine had had money stolen from his room Monday breakfast was atrocious uncooked eggs cold corned beef and half a tomato coffee and juice Hotel.com needs to send reps to these sight to experience the shambles before they put it on their site I would never recommend this resort to anyone The pools were ok nothing special

We are satisfied, we come back .
I like of having 5 swimming pools in the resort, you have option to choose from cold, warm, hot and very hot. I like the hot spring water, clean and clear, aside from leaves falling from the trees, but they clean it up. I like that they not put chlorine in the water and the change it everyday. I suggest to have a plain way going to dormitory or teem room, it's hard for the Seniors and PWD to climb in the stairs.

Two hours to check into the room
We arrived to the hotel and realized that they could not find the reservation. The property was fully booked. Expedia had been struggling to reach the hotel over the phone for 1,5 hrs but later the receptionists found the email or fax. No compensation offered

Great view
Our room is over looking the bay and the mountain , very quiet and relaxing, we enjoyed the million dollar view. The spring pools are great just what we are looking for. They have restaurants in the facility. The complaint I have is that they do not have elevator in our building so it's a hike going up to our room that is nestled on the top of the hill. But overall experience is great.
