Fantastic stay.
Excellent location across the street from the central train station, with restaurants and shops literally next door. Clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff that went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Took the time to offer suggestions on things to do and places to visit. Highly recommended and will definitely go back next time we’re in Hamburg.

The apartments were very comfortable and the location was super convenient to the train station, shopping and all there is to do in Hamburg. Also, I forgot my families passports at the hotel and went onto Berlin. Thorsten was fantastic in helping get them to me overnight. Thank you!
