The staff is very rude and not supportive. We had booked a one bedroom with city view & balcony, but when we checked-in there was no balcony. so we missed the whole city view that we were hoping for. When I called the staff, they said they will check and revert, but they never did. infact they had already planned to put me in a room with no balcony & never informed me. They also emailed me about the security deposit only couple of hours before my flight & said there is not option of doing this at the reception. I had made the booking a month in advance and they sent me the check-in details only a few hours before my flight. The location was good and what we were looking for but the staff and their way of working is completely off. I will never recommend anyone to stay there as its kinda of cheating, if you promise something and don't give it. when i asked for refund i had to convince the hotels.com team for it and only after 4 calls i could get it. just not what you expect on a holiday with family of 2 young kids
DO NOT book this property! It shouldn't even be on Hotels.com site because AFTER booking I was told that there was nobody available to help me check in (b/c its NOT a traditional hotel)....
Very well laid out apartment, exactly what we needed, the views of the Manhattan skyline from the apartment window were amazing, plenty of local shopping as well if you fancy a day off from the big apple, local shop rite just round the corner and plenty of local places to eat and have a few drinks, we will definitely rebook on our next trip.
