Muy caro el precio por una sola noche y no te ofre
Se me hizo muy caro el precio por una noche en el Hotel, el hotel esta bien pero es en el primer hotel que me hospedo y no tienen cafe en el cuerto. Para mi fue mucho lo que pague para que ni una sola taza de cafe te den. Aparte que los empleados hablan muy fuerte y no te dejan dormir a las 4:30 de la manana estaban hablando en el area de la alberca y no dejaban dormir. Otra cosa que tambien ovserve esque las esquinas como del cuarto y bano no estan muy limpias havia basurita y en los pasillos tambien.

They could’ve done better
They had a confusion on our room.... Another guest with the programmed key tried to get into our room at 3 am. And if it wasn’t because of the door stop they would have walked in. Later on security came to ask under what name our room is registered... in the morning we went to lobby to clarify what happened and they told us they had our room registered has vacant so they gave the room to some other guest.... to make it right we got free breakfast. Food was ok. At check out we couldn’t park our car close to the exit because they were setting the parking lot as a venue, so we had to walk across the street to load our luggage. The place is clean, and our room was clean too, except for the carpet... smh overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience for us.

Hotel is nice, clean, and has implemented CDC Covid-19 related precautions. The location is good; has free parking and there is security guard 24/7. Restaurant is nice and offers a great buffet. Staff is friendly but both, their record keeping and the information of that is or is not included with your room need improvement.

Had an amazing stay!!!!
Everything overall was amazing, clean,very accommodating staff with professionalism and friendlyness. All the staff would take an extra step to make sure you were well taken care of. Security out side, front desk, bartenders and waitresses working out in the parking lot and even their housekeeping were all exceptional. Thank you all. This was my third time staying with you and hope for more!
