We had wonderful stay. Thank you for great hospitality. We would definitely comeback.
Clean spacious friendly unique facility with wonderful on site restaurant.
Pros: property is lakefront, clean, and in downtown Munising. Great restaurant. Cons: because of Covid, they stopped the comp morning snacks and cleaning of rooms during our stay. That would have been okay, except that when we asked for water, the lady at Reception charged us $3 per water. Other hotels supply 2 bottles of water daily. The lady at the Reception was not friendly.
Great place to stay. When we checked in there was a young staff woman who was not very helpful or informative, but the next day the staff member was so amazing, he actually made up for the rudeness of the other. Great facility, great shower, great view, clean.
Pleasantly surprised! No offense to Munising, but it can be hard to find nice accommodations if you are a discerning traveler. I was skeptical when we pulled up, but with the $600 for 2 nights price tag, I was praying it would nicer inside. I’m happy to report that it was! They did a great job with renovating this property and paid attention to detail. The bed was super comfy, with nice linens. Thick and comfortable towels, quality shampoo/conditioner and bath gel. Very clean room, and it smelled fantastic. I’m super picky about smells, and this room smelled was great! The view from our room was the back of a neighbors house, but I just pulled the shades and it took care of that. I also noticed how quiet the room was. We didn’t hear our fellow inn guests at all. Overall, we loved it. I do feel it’s overpriced, but once again, it’s Munising.
Very nice hotel. Extremely comfortable room and bedding. Very clean. Restaurant was closed on Monday but I hear it’s delicious. Small hotel ... only 18 rooms I think. We were in room 3 ... nice room but we had to keep the shade closed since it backed up to a residential street. Not on the water but close walk to waterfront park and town.
Nice room. I felt it was a bit overpriced. No real complaints.
We were in the area for a day and a half for hiking. Roam Inn is in a convenient location. 15 miles east of Chapel parking lot. The restaurant was not open but we enjoyed a good dinner at Brownstone 15 minutes down the road and breakfast at Falling Rock Cafe in town. Good choice for a breakfast sandwich. The King room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was nice. I would probably choose the King Suite on another visit to provide extra space. Alex was very helpful with hiking information. Thank you for a nice, quick overnight stay.
Outstanding boutique hotel in downtown Munising, perfectly located near the Pictured Rocks Boat Dock and downtown Munising. This is an impressive renovation of an older building. Only opportunity for improvement would be an elevator to the beautiful 2nd floor balcony rooms. We had an awesome stay at the Roam Inn! Highly recommended!
Nice and clean
