Poor
We canceled this reservation in the time frame even though we got charged for the full amount. We've called Expedia more than 7 times and after 40 days without an answers, Expedia just confirmed that the Hotel won't refund the money. At this point, we don't know if Expedia didn't process the cancellation or the hotel but what I know it's that we've wasted our money and time here.

I've never been treated so rudely. We arrived early that morning and requested entrance to store our luggage and use the restroom. The gentleman at the front desk kept repeating to us that checkin was at 3. He was even reluctant to let us use the restroom! He was extremely rude and shouted at both me and my mother as we complained about his unwelcoming demeanor.

We had a wonderful stay here. Diego was excellent and helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks and we always felt safe and had a great time. There are other guest that sometimes are not respectful and could be loud at night but it wouldn't last long.

Good locality, within walking distance of the art galleries. Great cafes and restaurants nearby. Our room was comfortable, two wardrobes, we had to ask for more hangers! Shower room good. Two small balconies, which let in plenty of light. On a main road which could be noisy but would stay here again.

The place is well located just right to a metro station and walking distance to downtown, the place is clean and the staff kind but the information do not mention that is a shared bathroom and the place is very noisy you can hear every single sound in all the rooms around you.

hotel is very conveniently situated close to Anton Martin metro, and in waking distance of Atoche station , albeit uphill. Close to bars and shops too. The only pro9obllem we encountered was we paid direct to hotels.com, and had printed confirmation but hotel said they hadnt received payment so we had to pay again
