Not what we expected from Switzerland
The apartment is very basic. Our big problem was that the hot water has ended after just few minutes of shower, leaving us with only freezing cold water. The area is ok, however parking is on the street and virtually impossible to find a free space.

We didn't get the room we booked due to some drainage issue and the alternate room what we had got was on 5th floor, roof top one which was not comfortable at all for a family of 3. The apartment does not have any lift and it was nightmare in taking leguage all the way up to 5th floor

The apartment is spacious and a great value for the location. Walkable to Zurich downtown. About 30 minute walk. The train station is nearby as well, about 5 minute train ride to Zurich. The apartment did not have air conditioning. As for kitchen utensils, there was no pan or bowls. Still a great value for the money.

Unusual Experience
This was by far the weirdest experience ever. It started out weird because we had to get our room key from a box outside the building. I typed in the code and got the key, no problem. But there was no parking! There were cars lining the road on each side which made the road to drive down a 1 car road. After reading the description of the hotel later, I do see where it says there is no parking. There was no parking garage near this place and although there was a train was nearby. So I guess it you do not intend on driving here, then this place would be ok. Next weird thing was, it wasn’t a hotel, it was an apartment building. The place we rented was a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment. It was a little strange, but very spacious. Once morning hit though we realized how noisy the area was. It was super frustrating trying to make our plans for the next stop because we couldn’t get on the WiFi, which was included in the room reservation. To get on the WiFi you have to receive a text message. We were doing all our calls and texts via WiFi, so it was impossible to connect to the WiFi. It was an unusual experience, but it was cheap. Lastly the cleanliness of the bathroom was gross. I do not if it was mold on the shower curtain, but it was gross. I do want to finish by saying, I have stayed in grosser hotels, but it was such an unusual experience for me to be staying in a fully furnished apartment that I would have to get used to the experience.

Location is good
Could be better with a few fixes. No kettle, tv not working, be very careful with hot water (not much for everyone if more than 3. Location very good though. Hot unit when we were there fans would be good.
