Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to B shed jetty (Rottnest Island ferries), restaurants and shops. Helpful, friendly staff. We accidentally left medication in the fridge, which a staff member happily took to the ferry for us.

Luxurious and spacious rooms. Only problem was the broken dryer that could not be repaired. The lady receptionist was extremely helpful with the issue on the second night but the gentleman receptionist on the 3rd night was not helpful at all. Luxury hotel but service needs to improve to call itself a luxury service.

Memorable stay
The front desk staffs are super friendly and responsive to my request. Location is perfect, very near to the ferry terminal and train station. Parking is convenient on the streets around the hotel or overnight in the ferry terminal.

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff forgot or decided not to clean the room on Friday. No excuse or apology by the two ladies behind the desk when we checked out on Saturday. Additionally, a very loud alarm which sounded very similar to a fire alarm went off at about 6 30 AM on the second morning of our stay in the room next door. We went down to the desk to ask if it was a fire alarm and the staff came up and entered the room to stop it, Exactly the same on the next morning with staff coming to stop it after we again reported it. At check out I tried to discuss it and suggest the ladies behind the desk FIX IT - regrettably they seemed disinterested and no real apology! Quest should be better than this. Not great.
