Arise Spice

The view was amazing! The bed was very uncomfortable extremely soft but i guess thats a personal choice. Kitchen cutlery and utensils need an upgrade. Dining table wobbly and chairs very uncomfortable. Carpet stains in bedroom and what looked like a splash of blood on the bathroom interleading door. So probably a good detailed clean required. Bedding and towels fresh and clean. Shower was ok but very poor water pressure.

This apartment was an absolute disappointment, the cleanliness of the apartment was disgusting there was urine around the toilet on the floor, random hair ties in the bathroom, the carpet look like it has never been vacuumed. If you scuffed your feet on the carpet bunches of peoples hair would come together, i booked a 1 bedroom with the pictures of the room being a decent size, they locked the main room and gave a us the crappy second room, there was random business law books & cords to stuff shoved in the drawers, 1 knife and a rusty pot. 1 towel that was stained was overall disgusting and i will never been staying here again

Beds were not comfortable, there was an icy-pole in the freezer from previous guest and not enough cups or spoons for the 3 people (2 bedroom unit). Unit also seemed much smaller than the pictures indicated

It was a great apartment with great views of the city and river would recommend staying here

Lovely and helpful staff. Stunning home away from home. Excellent security. Excellent car parking for both guests and visitors. Good location. Honestly did it want to leave. Looking forward to our next stay.

Sited in a great position, just far enough away from the noise of the city nightlife but, with plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

A pleasant stay in a modern and very comfortable apartment. It provided all the things necessary in a fully self contained apt. Facilities were excellent especially roof top pool. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious room with sufficient cooking utensils, comfortable and nice. But it is far away from the bus stop.

this was by far the best apartment I have stayed at in all of Brisbane! the staff were lovely and were accommodating with our late check in. the room was in great condition, lovely views and had everything you would need with a gorgeous spacious balcony. the views from the rooftop pool are incredible, however it was unbelievably crowded in the evening as there was a party happening there. the only other negative would be the offputting smell in the garage. otherwise a fabulous stay and we will definitely be back. thank you team Spice Apartments.
