Very clean but the furniture appears to be thrift store finds and the mattresses are very uncomfortable/worn out. Nice place otherwise.

Should have newer linens, they’re too old & stain on them. The couches look dirty. Base on COVID around nowadays, very uncomfortable to use them.

Private. Quiet. Small and cozy. Clean. Perfect! We will stay here again!
Could use a new kitchen sponge for every guest and a few personal touches like a couple books or a board game but we loved this place!

Was disappointed in the lack of air flow upon arrival was extremely hot. The TV needed replacing. The back door could use a screen. Would have been nice to have furniture to sit on while on patio. Not really worth the price.

Nice place, dated, but clean. Great location and good size. Easily fit two couples. I'd give it much higher marks, but the beds are both full size... and the mattresses are terrible!
