Immaculate!
Great hotel to stay in that's close to South Bank. Room was immaculate and the bed was to die for. Cafe downstairs had great food. Slight walk up a hill to get there.

Very Disappointing
Property was located in great position and we had high hopes for our stay. Unfortunately the hotel was extremely disappointing. Lady on reception was less than engaging on our arrival at reception.. The first room we were given had an overwhelming smell of sewage through out. We were changed to another which fortunately did not smell but was not clean. Helium balloon on ceiling. No liners in bins. Wipeable marks left on benches. Carpet not vacuumed well. Towels in bathroom worn. Arrived home after dinner to find the tv remote missing. Once notified this was replaced. Given the 4.5 rating we were expecting so much more.

Convenient and Roomy
Convenient to the Mater Private Hospital. We had a suite which was roomy and comfortable. My only criticism was room service. It was expensive, the ice cream had melted and the main meal was cold by the time the food was delivered. Next time we will either eat in the Cafe or pick up a takeaway. We will stay here again if another hospital visit is required.
