The service personal is just amazing. I liked the location so close to the metro station, local eateries and shops . However I book the hotel because of the availability of a wheelchair accessible room. The problems is that the way the bed is situated takes almost half of the room and does not gives you access the half of the room. The bed footing is very close to the wall . Consequently, the wheelchair will mot fit through the narrow passages or access the sitting area , the window and window curtains . Therefore you end up wit a very limited space to maneuver inside the room and cannot use half of the room . Also the way of the showers system is with no Curtis. And the level of the floor is not with a good decline so the rolling shower floor has a not good in draining the water . You end up with a bathroom floor flooded with water all over the place which is a safely hazard for anyone with mobility problems and the bathroom remains extremely humid. A simple modification of the floor draining level and a curtain should fix the problem. I asked for the bed to be rearranged so I could have access to the whole room but they never did. But I will like to emphasize that the overall stay was very pleasant.
