My Mediocre stay
I knew going in that i was not going to have champagne and strawberrys sent to my room. I slept a little, watched a little television and checked out. No problems. So yeah. I guess my stay was okay.

Threatened
The front desk people were rude and hostile. At one point during the evening i went to get an overnite parking permit, the front desk asked me my room number. I am dyslexic and couldnt remember. She rudely stated, "you dont know your room number?!" i might have been understanding, if they didnt give me a blank key and a slip of paper with the room number scribbled on it in pencil. No bedspread! Very noisy and the locals didnt find us welcoming. Felt very unsafe and decided to move. I didnt tell hotels.com while still on premise in fear of retaliation. Just decided to go start Thanksgiving and do it afterwards. I request compensation for allowing a hotel like the morada inn as part of your recommendations list.
