Feels Boutique and Everything at your Finger Tips
The staff was fantastic and knowledgeable, from reception to valet. The decor has a great vibe! The place had a great buzz to it, owing to The Ca day Bar and lobby drinks. The coffee bar in the morning had amazing food and coffee on offer. The room was cute as a button and in the perfect location for concert goers. And the price was right!

6/10 Good

Our rooms were not ready upon check in, and we had to wait almost an hoyr for our rooms to be ready. The elevator buttons were glitchy and kept turning off mid route. We would have to press the floor buttons again and again. The heat in our king room was set to 64 and the thermostat didnt work to chande it. Apparently maintanace has to change it remotely... but you wouldn't know that unless you get too cold and then finally call the front desk to complain. I've stayed at thos hotelin the past and had an excellent experience, vut this time it was just meh.

Chose the hotel based on reviews and while the lobby had a warm feel to it , the room was small , furniture didn’t make sense .

Nice Hotel that takes you back in time. I do wish people staying at the Hotel had priority to the Candy Bar over walk in though.

4/10 Fair

Nope
Kitchy gone wrong. Lobby is cramped and hallway to elevators is dark and extremely suspect. One of the two elevators had almost no lighting, prompting everyone to comment on how stupid it was. Light switches in the room did not work. Finally figured out out the previous guest solved this problem by unscrewing bulbs. Room is cute, but lack of craftsmanship is offensive. Some of the worst tile setting work I have ever seen. Shower gets warm not hot. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Bath towels were extremely nice. Enjoy the website, because that is as good as it gets. They sell the romance but severely under deliver. This pricy hotel is neither upscale, nor a luxury property. We will be returning to the Whitney next trip, our usual choice.
