Fantastic vacation and wedding!
We have had an amazing 10 days at The Royalton. The hotel is perfectly situated with pool and beach merging into one .. I love that you can switch so easily depending on your preference and it’s a beautiful beach, crystal clear water and stunning view. I have two children and we were with a wedding party… the hotel staff, restaurants, layout and everything was perfect for a relaxed and engaging vacation. You can do as little or as much as you want. Highly recommend sunrise yoga with Lindo and bootcamp with Andre plus spa treatments with Arlene! The restaurants were easy to get into everyday and food quality was great. The vibe team round the pool were also excellent they kept you entertained while not being too much. The kids loved water polo and volleyball. I never write reviews but want to thank everyone at Royalton for making our stay so memorable.

Overall the experience was good, for my first time being in Jamaica. What i did not like nor expect was to be at an all exclusive resort and have to pay for certain brands of liquor or beverages. Redbull, $5.00, coconut water $6.00. I am so happy that i stopped at duty free and purchased loquor for my room...

Staff didn’t provide the best customer service & menus were not fully executed. I think the issue is most of the staff has never actually experienced cultured food therefore simple things like tacos were poorly prepared (like not knowing to toast the shell). Most Jamaicans cook to their liking which means - extra unnecessary spice in all things traditional. I mean don’t get me wrong, It’s a beautiful location… it’s just not worth it if the food is mediocre.

Tried to use the Expedia chat for help with issues on this trip and not response from Expedia. Very disappointed in our room and the service that the Diamond Club provided for the upcharges that we paid. We had 2 rooms and had the Penthouse with the terrace jacuzzi and it only worked if you had maintenance show up and drain cold water and replace with warm water. They also had to manually turn on the jets, These usually worked for about 4-5 minutes before turning off. Could only use the jacuzzi about 2-3 times on the trip. Because of the hassle they mentioned a refund but when it came time to check out they didn't know anything about it. Had to spend time on our trip to get things fixed and now more of that after the trip is over. Will not use a Royalton property again.

Great property! Good was okay, could have been better. Only complaints I have is the drinks are waters down and not that much alcohol. And if you want premium alcohol you have to pay extra for it. Even though i was in the diamond club. And paid 1700. I think that should be included. Everything else was nice my butlers were very welcoming and helpful. Had a good time
