Really good value
We always holiday in the Gulf at this time of year, but had never been to Kuwait. This hotel seemed central with good transport. At checkin the staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early, waiving the charge because we would also be checking out very early. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of European and local food. Our schedule did not allow us to take other meals in the hotel. Hotel staff were always helpful and obviously wanted us to enjoy our stay. We were able to walk to many attractions in the city and take taxis out of town. In February the weather is too cold for the rooftop pool so it does not open until May.

When I first checked they said they only had rooms with single beds even though I distinctly booked a room with a queen bed. Also, I am a gold member, and upon check in they didn't mention it whatsoever, I had to tell them, and when I did, it's like they didn't even know what I was talking about
