So keeping with Covid idea of everything has to be clean we were notified our room would only be cleaned on Monday in our Friday to Tuesday stay. We were not even cleaned on Monday. So pay more money for your stay with no amenities.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The mattress in my room needed to be replaced. It had a sunken spot where obviously people laid each time the bed was used. One side of the king was good. ;) I think there was some shady shenanigans going on. A mid thirties guy letting a homeless looking person, with backpack and bed roll in the back door, then swiftly sliding up the back fire escape staircase. I reported it, and suggested security at the back door, but they said they were under staffed. It is a nice place and a good area, but big cities, especially in these times have a lot of homeless and possibly drug issues.

VERY WARM WELCOME BY GARRICK AT CHECK-IN. GREAT FRONT DESK GREETING FROM THE LADY AT FRONT DESK EVERY MORNING.. LIKE I WAS A NEW GUEST EVERY MORNING. VERY KIND STAFF AT BREAKFAST COUNTER. ESPECIALLY IN TIMES LIKE THIS WITH SO MUCH CONCERN FOR SAFETY DURING THE PANDEMIC, I WAS GLAD THAT EVERY EMPLOYEE I HAD ANY INTERACTIONS WITH -INCLUDING HAVING ROOM-TOWELS CHANGED,- WERE VERY DILIGENT ON MAKING SURE MY STAY WAS GOING WELL, AND THAT I FELT SAFE!! GREAT JOB, HOTEL CAMBRIA STAFF!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Comfortable suite
We stayed for one week in a 1 bedroom suite. Photos of the room are not accurate. There is no dining table with chairs. Living space and bedroom were very comfortable and spacious. Shower could be cleaner/newer. We booked a non-accessible room but were placed in an accessible room and had to change rooms during our stay. Front desk and staff followed COVID measures, however the hotel did not enforce mask-wearing for guests. There were multiple times that we encountered guests without masks in the hallways and common areas.

The staff was very friendly, they are very accommodating. Very close to the Desert Ridge district; restaurants, entertainment and restaurants. Love the hot tub and pool amenities. It maybe right by the freeway but great sound proofing, no noise to complain about. Will definitely be going back.
