    Amazing Hotel!

I love this Hotel, it is in an amazing spot for me. I came to Japan to visit for two weeks in September 2018. Then I came again for a little more than 3 weeks in March 2019. And I came once again for a little under 4 weeks in March 2020. All three of those times, I stayed at this Hotel. Like I said before, I love it here! It's close to shops, arcades, restaurants and everywhere else I wanted to go. Not too far from the Akihabara Train Station either. The Hotel itself was clean and the daily house keeping was always nice! The staff in the Lobby always greeted me with a smile when I returned/left the Hotel. I guarantee the next time I come to Japan, there's a good chance I will choose this Hotel once again. I wonder if the staff in the lobby recognized me, since I've been there multiple years in a row and I always had my Red hat on. XD

    Please Be Careful

I rarely write reviews but this was important. I’m a Hotels.com Gold member with an average of 80 nights a year. This hotel is a famous chain around Japan. However I’m disappointed with the cleaning services. Japan is a country known to be very honest. I left some money in my room. When I came back and ask if they saw it during cleaning, the cleaning staff which I presume from India or Bangladesh said they didn’t see anything. Issue is not much about the money but it reaffirms the saying to never trust Hotel even in a country like Japan. It was a mistake for me, don’t let this happen to you. Shame on this.

    Thieves

Room service has thieves. This is an amazing hotel with many outlets around Japan unfortunately money get missing during cleaning. It’s a very big company but it’s possible they don’t train their cleaning team ethics well. Very sad to see theft occurring in an extremely remarkable country like Japan

    Akihabara Home Base

Stayed in this hotel for a week. Overnight GSO is very patient with us during our first night.. Property is clean and comfortable which is important. Akihabara would be my homebase in Tokyo and I’ll choose this hotel when I go back no doubt.
