Tossa de Mar is a very spacious and comfortable beach house located in one of the best private beach communities in Puerto Rico. The villa is a short walk to Breñas beach which has a sandy shore that is protected from swell, beautiful snorkeling, and palm trees for shade. Tossa de Mar's four-bedroom, three-bathroom layout comfortably sleeps 10 adults.
IMPORTANT: This property offers a water tank in case of an interruption in water service.
Important rule on maximum occupancy: Per community rules, tenants are not allowed to bring additional guests to the property or the community. Only registered guests in the rental contract will be allowed on-premise. The maximum occupancy of 10 guests is strictly enforced by community security.
Tossa de Mar has an open concept layout that connects a dining room, living room, and two separate terraces to the above-mentioned kitchen and breakfast nook. The dining room comfortably sits 8 adults and the living room and terrace easily accommodate 10+ adults as well. There is a separate family room/study with flatscreen TV, desk, and two sofas (one of which is a pull out full bed).
The master bedroom has 1 king bed, a separate seating area, two private balconies, and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (1 full, 1 twin) and a separate twin bed. The Lower level bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own personal desk and closet.
Tossa de Mar has a very comfortable kitchen with a walk around the island with a stovetop and oven. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and tableware for an extended stay. There is a breakfast nook in the kitchen that comfortably seats 4 adults.
This spacious beach house is located within the private Dorado Reef community. This is one of the best private beach communities in Puerto Rico. Well known among locals for its beautiful grounds, excellent location, and world-class beach. The community has private beach access, an incredible oceanfront pool with large Gazebo, expertly manicured grounds throughout, and two private tennis courts. Dorado is an easy 40-minute drive from the airport and has a wide array of dining options nearby.

Renting a car is a must when staying in Dorado. The property includes parking for up to 2 vehicles. You will need it to move around to nearby restaurants, shops, and beaches as well as to explore the rest of the island.
West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect to the neighbors.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 10 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
