Barking dog
As soon as we got to our room a dog started barking in the next room. After an hour i complained at the front desk. She was very nice and said it would be taken care of. The dog stopped. But a short time later it started barking again. So the front desk moved us. Finally could relax

Excellent and quiet hotel. Loved it!
Excellent little hotel. Loved it and will stay again! Great amenities that I wasn’t expecting for the price, and the price itself was fantastic. It was clean with comfortable beds and easily saved me $70 from staying at a chain hotel that had the same if not lower level of service. The manager was excellent! So was the rest of the staff I interacted with. It was a long and very exhausting and frustrating day for me while traveling, and it was so nice to be treated by a kind and friendly face, and someone so helpful. The hotel is very quiet too.

One night stay
Me and my son needed a hotel in Erie for a one night stay, so I chose a room with two double beds. The room was massive, clean and everything you need for what was a very reasonable price, albeit you are a few minutes out of town. Loads on TV channels to choose from and they even disposed of a broken suitcase for me. Only minor niggle was breakfast wasn't hot, more semi hot but that's being overly critical.
