I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms are spacious and very clean. You get an early entrance pass for Disneyland, which is amazing. Shuttle buses are super convenient and you are right next to Ikspiari shopping mall, so you grab dinner or groceries easily. The hotel is only a 10 min walk to Disneysea and a 10 min walk from Maihama station.

Room was SPECTACULAR! It was exceptionally clean and amenities were awesome. Just steps away from Ikspiari shopping center was a definite plus and the free shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice touch. Hotel delivery service was top notch as well as the bus service going to Haneda airport. The staff overall were so nice and just added that Disney magic that I needed during my trip. The Konbini and merchandise store inside were also fantastic. Will definitely stay here again

This is a great place to stay for your holiday to Tokyo Disneyland or Disney Sea, minutes walk to the Monorail, or use the frequent busses direct to the parks. The hotel is spacious, well maintained and very well 'Disney' decorated without being cheesy. The rooms are excellent and not like sardine cans. There really is enough space for you to relax and also spread your cases out for packing etc. The room facilities are very good and well maintained. The staff are excellent to deal with and very helpful. My only issue with this hotel is food. I'm sure it's very nice food but you have to reserve your tables months (I mean months) before your stay. As I booked closer to my time of stay I had no chance for a restaurant. There is a small pâtisserie that is handy for take out breakfasts though which was very nice. If you want a breakfast at Chef Mickey - book before you are born I think !!! Highly recommended, especially if you are better at planning than myself.

Magical stay

Location is good next to the theme park. Very clean. All staffs extremely friendly. Interior rather old but well maintained. Next to the hotel is a decent mall with plenty of restaurants to choose. Only one down side during the stay, which was the fact hotel pool was closed in the middle of summer. Was so ready to jump into the pool during hot days there.

We paid a lot of money expecting a "Disney Hotel Experience" but the staff was unprepared to receive foreigns considering that comunication in inglish was extremely hard and lacking, to say the least. Many of our questions were half answered or we didn't knew if we were undestood. We stayed in a Disney Hotel in Orlando and the staff there always went an extra mile to help with anything we needed. We stayed in others hotels in Japan with ⅓ of the price with much more helpful staff. In Japan, Uber is super expensive, considering all you are already spending and we asked for help to send 2 very heavy luggages to another Hotel, because the trasnport service "airport" didn't pick our luggage in this particular hotel, only. other disney hotels. All the staff did was answer they only helped sent to other hotels. No other help whatsoever. Considering this price and being a internacional Disney resort we expected much much more from all the staff. As we arrived, we asked for places to eat near, all they said was everything is booked. They could't even suggest other places for us to have a meal nearby.

Amazing staff and stay. Beautiful lobby and welcoming committee. Be ready to use your google translate if you do not know Japanese, the staff has very limited English but they are very helpful and kind. Bring small suitcases, there is not much room to store luggage in rooms but good news is they provide a lot that you can leave home; like pajamas for kids & adults, & toiletries including toothpaste and tooth brushes, reusable shopping bags & slippers. Make sure you check the pool availability! I picked this hotel for the pool and it was closed when we stayed. Chef Mickey buffet for breakfast is totally worth it. Super convenient how the hotel is all connected to the mall & metro station. Shops & movie theatres and tons of restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to eat at hotel. The shuttle takes you to Disneyland & DisneySea. Overall it was a very happy experience.

Hotel was perfect we had a great stay at the hotel. The disappointing part was the fact we had to pay to let the kids use the pool in the hotel and I had to pay for myself to supervise them. I find the booking misleading stating that the hotel has a pool as an amenities but in fact it’s a paid service instead.

Massive rooms! Such an amazing experience. Perfect location for shuttle or quick walk to Disneyland. Mall right next door with lots of shops, food spots and a supermarket. Highly recommend!
