The BEST Incheon airport hotel
The BEST hotel I’ve stayed at while in Korea! Super spacious, high ceilings, modern and clean. Most comfy pillows and bedding! Loved the large bathroom too! Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Wish they had this hotel in the center of Seoul.

Bad service, unclean water glasses, hard pillows
I called twice beforehand to verify they could hold my luggage before check in. They said yes and that I could have my taxi wait because it would be quick. They ended up not being able to hold my luggage. I had to release my taxi and missed my train to Seoul because it took half an hour to figure it out. They ended up checking me in early instead. I've in my room I noticed the unclean water

Convenient location, easy check-in and out, quick shuttles. Really comfy bed pillows. Spacious tub. I would have liked full- size bath towels, not just hand towels. But the big bathrobe came in handy. Only other wish would be breakfast food options. I was happy to get a latte at the hotel then ate at the airport.

Family trip
Room was clean, big, good condition. Staffs were helpful. We stayed there really short time, the bath towels were really small sizes, the hotel had the free airport shuttle, the driver was friendly however customer had to book in advance and have to let them know exactly time to pick up that was inconvenient. Their shuttle wasn’t available at the airport at their schedule like in Japan except you let them know in advance. The hotel staff was help us to book after we emailed back and forward 20 times
