Horrible customer service!
When we made our booking, we were given one address & were never told again that the location was changed. Before we arrived, we called the number given to us & were told to arrive at the apartment & once we get there, to call but that another person was in charge of our location. Now we drag our bags & get to this earlier location & wait in the scorching sun & call at least 10 times & email & text them but nobody answers. Another tenant living at that apartment complex who came in saw us waiting & asks us what's going on. We explain the situation to him & he lets us in & asks us to wait inside in the lobby away from the sun & seems extremely disappointed at the way the staff has handled us. He calls from his own phone too but again nobody answers. Finally, after one hour, another lady calls us & tells us that our location has changed & that the owner has made a mistake & she asks us to come to this new place! The owner called her & gave her our number but never bothered to call us back & apologize! We tell her to come to where we were & get us. She finally arrives & takes us to the new place & sets us up & when we explain everything, she says it's a weekend & the owner is at the beach! The room was not made up for 4 people & there was only 1 AC in 1 BR & none in the other & no fan too & it's 90F outside, she said she would ask if another can be put there & would call & let us know...we never heard back from her! Terrible customer service! Stay somewhere else.
