Great hotel, perfect spot for train travel.
Staff was really helpful and kind, both during check-in, our room was not ready because we arrived really early around 9:45 as during our one night stay and express check out. We had some medicine that needed to be refrigerated as well as some ice packs, every body excelled helping us all the way thru.

Check in is very slow. 3 staff stood there, but only one was helping with check in. When asked about nearby restaurants. The lady told us there were no food nearby, and we’d have to eat at their restaurant. The next day we found out that the train station across the street had a massive multi-floor food court with a full grocery. She didn’t know that giant center as there? On the day of checkout, 5 staff members knocked on our door starting at 8am. Checkout for us through Expedia was at noon. Very annoying. Overall, this was our worst hotel experience during our 2 week Europe tour.
