Ok for a stopover but shouldn't be a 4 star hotel
Hotel is very no frills and everything inside feels pretty cheap. Seems more like a 2 star hotel rather than a 4 start hotel. The best thing about the hotel was the staff and how friendly they were.

Great experience! Old impressive building that is renovated to the best standard. Amazing location, in the heart of the historical centre. Room is specious, very well equipped and very clean. Strongly recommend. There’s also a terrace roof where you can have a great view of Naples.

Worth finding this beautiful property
Hotels are struggling to get workers so laundry wasn’t available but they were able to find someone to do ours as well as arranging good restaurants and reasonable taxis. Hard to find this place but worth the search. Beautiful, palatial room. We had to park in a nearby garage that damaged our car so be sure to take photos of your car first on all sides and use a torch (flashlight) to look over car when you retrieve it to not make the costly situation we had. Better yet, take a train to Naples as taxis and Uber are plentiful and not too costly.

Noise at night if the windows faced a plaza or a street. Had to be close for quiet. And then there was no fresh air! Great location for old Napolo. Staff Genero & Michele really were familiar with Naples. Very patient & kind. WorkingTowel bar in the bathroom is a great feature. Handwash cld be dried quickly.
