Lovely stay!
Had a really lovely stay in the apartment! Originally was supposed to stay in the other ones on the Fitzhamon embankment but got moved up the road- which was lovely! Really clean, nicely decorated, and super comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

enjoyable stay
Very nice flat well looked after. Little things need fixing but it didn’t effect our stay. The WiFi only available in the back bedroom and nowhere else this needs improving.

Perfect for us, location and space. Walking distance to Cardiff Castle and Principality Stadium. The apartment was clean, bed was comfy and all the amenities needed were there. The customer service responded quickly to our text. Check in and Check out was smooth. Feel safe to stay there.

We loved the spaciousness, also how well equipped the kitchen and bathroom were. The view was nice. It was relatively quiet. It's very centrally located. Perhaps above all was the service. The staff were extremely prompt in answering our queries about a few things. THe wifi would not work on one of our sets of devices. We simply could not connect, so had to use my personal hotspot for my partner's connection. There was one spot in the kitchen that was not properly cleaned. But the staff were on it immediately and will no doubt prevent it from happenig again.
