It's ok
The service in this hotel was good. They serve you a drink and snack at check in. Lady can choose their own yukata. The room looks very modern and wooden. However, I booked the Take (bamboo) room and expected to see bamboo from my room but half of the view was normal leafless tree, the other half was bamboo so I was a bit disappointed. All drinks in the hotel fridge are free. The hotel is very near a busy road so you can hear a lot of cars driving through, it's especially noisy when it rains too so wasn't a total relaxed onsen stay. They have a small menu of drinks you can order near the reception and it's free. You can either drink it there or bring it up to your room. You can't take those drinks into the dining area though. The food was good but not the best, we got to try cod milt and fugu tempura though which we would never order if we are at a restaurant. A nice touch they have in the evening by the reception balcony, they have sparklers for hotel guests to light which was very cute.

Hotel itself is great, and location is good also. But quite close to the road, so not very quite in the night. Hotel hire a lot of Chinese staff, think maybe have a lot of Chinese customers. But obviously these Chinese staffs didn’t have well trained. You can tell the detail of the service is not the same standard if you have been to a lot of same style onsen hotel in Japan. The food is above average, but not the TOP level.
