All good here, check in was easy and they're quiet flexible. If your rooms ready, you can go in. Our tea and coffee weren't replaced on our 2nd night, but it wasnt the end of the world!! Would book again

Good size room with seating area. Good room view and very convenient for town centre and amenities. Advery indicates parking at hotel but it's only street parking. Very small bathroom but adequate. Windows all locked shut so no fresh air or air conditioning.

Great

Stayed for one night with 2 friends, in a triple room. The room was spacious and very clean , and the bed was comfortable. Hairdryer, iron and board were provided and the bathroom was clean with a large walk-in shower and toiletries. It's in a good location for the Marine Lake, bars , restaurants and shops. The rooms are above the bar, with a separate entrance, accessed by a steep flight of stairs. We really enjoyed our stay, and 10 % off at the bar was a bonus !

A great stay!

We stayed at Sinclair’s for 2 nights in mid-November. Check in was swift and professional, great service from Ethan. We booked the ‘cosy double’ and it did what it said on the tin. We returned to the room on Saturday after being out for the morning to find the room had been cleaned, a pleasant surprise! We also left some wine chilling in the sink (as you do!) and were pleased to see it had been put in to an ice bucket for us. Lovely touch! Highly recommend both the rooms and the bar. Lovely couple of nights.

Clean room, staff are helpful, location is excellent. The negative side though, we could hear the loud live music next door until 12 midnight.

Nice and clean, everything you needed including a fan (it was very hot) shampoo and conditioner were really good. Most hotel shampoo’s make my hair dry. The ones provided didn’t do that.

If you're looking for a quiet early night with a mug of hot chocolate then this definately isn't for you. No hot chocolate in the room and the rooms are above function rooms and bars open til late. That said, our room at the back wasn't excessively noisy, with an extractor fan outside the room and a low base sound from the downstairs disco. Once the window was closed the extractor fan wasn't heard. The disco ended around 01:30 then it was quiet. The room was clean, the bathroom was small but had a brilliant big shower. Tea and coffee making facilities available. Below the rooms is Sinclairs bar and function room. Situated on the busy Lord Street, the main shopping street in Southport with plenty of bars, cafès and restuarants. Ideal if your staying for a function in one of the nearby bars and hotels. But if you want an early night, try somewhere else.

Convenient little hotel. But little is a key word. It worked good for us for 1 night but it would certainly be cramped for multiple nights. The bathroom had obviously unfinished trim but great water pressure
