A well-maintained but old property. Nice river view and a great green yard overlooking the river. Unstable in-room Internet. Good breakfast. Water sports are available right in front of the hotel. The public transit is not very great here so renting a car is highly recommended. Bus is not very frequent. Great value for family.

Great view and close to Gapyeong
The sign of the hotel was in Korean so you have to pay attention not to confused with the Electronic mall, "하이마트". This hotel has great view in every room. Breakfast was ok but not particular. It seemed not cleaning room everyday since we sayed 2 days, but after coming back to the hotel, trash can was not emptied and there was no change of bed sheet and towel. Probably you have to ask for the cleaning before you leave the room. Our room was supposed to be a "Non-smoking" room, but I could smell the cigarette when I came into the room. Overall it was not bad but not great as well.

우선 모텔수준보다 더 떨어지는 곳이었구요 소파느 다 꺼진 상태였구 세면대도 부서져있고 방충망엔 구멍이 나있더라구요 냉장고에는 병뚜껑이 열려있는 생수병도 들어있구요 바닥은 청소가 덜된듯 버석버석했구요 조식서비스 하시는 직원분은 불친절했구요 8월 말부터 리모델링을 한다고 하는데 6만원 정말 아까웠어요 3만원도 아까운 방이었네요
