Can’t complain for the price
Absolutely amazing staff that did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. You have to leave a refundable deposit for TV remote. Room windows don’t lock. Building and furniture are dated. Breakfast is very good.

I turned on the ac and didn’t work it was blowing heat instead. The key to our room didn’t work. Asked the staff for help and didn’t believe me. Horrible service and horrible hotel.

There is a cheaper hotel just down the street which has cleaner bed covers and mattresses. Chulavista's mattress had stains and so did the bed covers. They looked very, very old. Very disguting. I strongly suggest you book one block down the street. It is cheaper and you will get the same servicebut cleaner with beds.

Pésimo, las camas huelen mal. Nuestra habitación tenía caída la puerta así que era todo un show poner el seguro. La recepcionista muy malos modos. En definitiva no vuelvo.
