Room was fine except for the bathroom which wasn't very clean. Breakfast was a huge disappointment.

The slums have better toilet facilities
Cold tap water doesn't run. You are asked to turn off the boiler and run the hot water until hot water finishes then you get normal water. Using the hot water alone will scald your hands. Staff apologized and said all of the hotel is like this. Manager next morning tried to explain to me how this is normal: shouldn't make a fuss.

V good quality and price
To me, hotel was more than good. Room was not small, bed was excellent, room was clean. Bathroom I give it 8/10 because it was kind of old, or let me say it was not new. However, it was v clean. The breakfast was free and good. Wifi is everywhere in the hotel. I was there for a quick business trip and the hotel was more than good to me, specially the price.
