Stay somewhere else
For starters the sink continuously overflowed. Probably drainage system issues but it wasn’t the worst part of our stay. We had 3 items stolen on a Saturday between the hours of 12-6. Either someone had access to the room or the door must have been unlocked. Either way we have reason to believe (90%) it was a worker. What happens between the hours of 12-6? Check out happens at 11. Cleaning doesn’t begin right away. So that gives a good time frame of the housekeeping to clean. Tourists are most likely out and about in the city at those hours which eliminates them from going in the room. The doors have issues but it is highly unlikely that other guests would be aware of door issues. We complained and said we would be contacts but it’s been nearly a week and no word of any hotel staff. The value of the items equaled almost the amount of our stay which was roughly $500. The items were also small enough to keep out of the eye of cameras. Overall it ruined the hotel experience and wouldn’t recommend. Peace of mind was stolen as well.

DO NOT!
We did not have heat the first two nights of our stay. We had to stay at another hotel the second night after The hotel claimed the heat was fixed and no maintenance was available at the time. After I made a phone call using my cell phone the hotel provided extra blankets. The phone in the room was broken including the refrigerator. The television didn’t have signal for all the channels provided . The water pressure in the shower was even low. The rooms were so dirty as if the maintenance only straightened up including the smell of sewage through the hallways. The restaurant was never opened during the business hours stated on the door and website. The only thing that was served was beverages. The bar tender was very nice . This hotel was a total waste of money and I will NEVER recommend it. The only advantage was the hotel being located on canal street.
