hotel staff wont fix problems in room
We had a sliding door in the bathroom that was not functioning. We notified hotel staff 3 times...the door was not fixed. Several brownouts...which we understand is not the fault of the hotel. We put belongings in the room safe. The safe was not functioning, the key from the hotel staff did not open the safe. Hotel maintenance had to bust open safe with a hammer until 11pm, disturbing our sleep. We had family who came to our room for no more than 20 minutes...and we were called several times about extra fees we needed to pay for visitors in the room....once again..the persons who visited us were family. We really wish the hotel staff would have been more concerned about fixing the broken door in the bathroom than about my loved ones coming to see us.... we are very dissappointed in your service.
