Hotel clean enough but no hot water in room...lukewarm at best...keycards to room constantly not working so numerous returns to reception....and after returning to hotel after theatre at 10.50 pm there was no service at the bar and were informed by reception " oh they must have shut the bar"....city centre hotel on a Thursday night ?? ...not good enough and will not be returning.
