Room was not ready during check in, lobby restroom closed, gave key card of someone else’s room while they were utilizing, given new room and sheets were stained with shoe marks and wife told to go second floor to use restroom but there wasn’t any. Last stay at this location

Walkable to FQ and sites, but..
Convenient location. A pickup site for tours. Very helpful baggage staff as we arrived early and relied on services after checkout. Very helpful to call a taxi service. Balcony was nice. Only 2 full sized towels in a 2 bedroom suite seemed a bit low. Wife felt floor had an odor, and claimed the bedding for the sofa bed had a bug on it.

Great Hotel, but parking fee is outrageous!
Great hotel. Spacious and clean room, great customer service. However, parking was $50.71 which I was not told of the price (discovered it on my CC statement). When parking is that much hotels.com should disclose it when booking. That's more than most resort fees. Glad I only stayed one night. With parking fees like that a few nights would get mighty expensive. Had Hotels.com disclosed this on their site, I would've looked around a little more.
