Won't be coming back. Poor customer service.
Front desk useless. TV did not work, told me to unplug HDMI cable and see. Did not work. Not to mention that TV is affixed to wall which makes it really difficult to access the cable. Took me a while, then it's all dusty behind the TV. I asked for another remote. Was told it would take some time. Then got a call maybe 20 min. later telling me to come get it at the front desk. No one was there, remote was left with post-it on it to againe unplug HDMI cable. Still did not work. When i called the front desk again, no one picked up. According to reservation department that I reached out, they were extremely busy. Mind you there were 3 cars on the parking lot, pretty much no one in the hotel at 8pm, midweek in off season resort town. They could have switch me to one of the many empty rooms but that was probably too much work. Not my first time at this Fairfield but definetly my last.

Good location and value. Clean.
Check in was not great. I showed up an hour early. The lady at the desk said my room was not ready and she would call me. No call. Came back at 4pm. Room was ready but the new lady was rude at best. I was told a total of 12 people were in the hotel total. Other staff was very nice. My room was very nice and clean. I like this hotel for it's location. Breakfast is not good at all. Good value for sure.
