Very friendly and helpful manager, excellent location, 5 minutes walk to great restaurants, bars and cafes and 7 minutes to the beach and promenade. One thing that would improve the place is the installation of ceiling fans. Not as much need for airconditioning if there were ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, which uses less energy.

Great apartment. Spacious, clean and quiet. Furniture is a little bit outdated but in nice condition. Kitchen well appointed and all appliances. Balcony is a bonus. Location is excellent, pretty close to the beach and the old town. Kikis was a great host. Overall excellent value. Would stay again. Thanks.

Clean, spacious, 5 minute walking distance from center and seashore, secure, reasonable price. Very calm neighborhood. Bus stop from and to the airport right near the place. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Experienced some problems with internet that were temporary due to renovation process. Definitely recommended

Good for the price
All the excellent reviews seem accurate and when we asked if we could have a toaster one arrived the same day even though this wasn't advertised. The only niggle was that we couldn't see evidence of any smoke alarms, fire doors were wedged open and there were washing machines (potential fire hazard) in the only fire escape stairs. Also there was a store room on the 4th floor that had one of what I believe was the fire retardant glass panes missing. There were two chairs to place the suitcases on. It would have been nice to have decent height luggage stands. The phone charger fitted into the TV which had the BBC world news. Wifi was good. There were ample English electric sockets and he had left two adaptors for continental use. The bath would only fill via the shower attachment, so it as a bit slow to fill.
