Location A+ Room C-
Location is fantastic. Scenery is super beautiful. However the hotel needs substantial improvement. Bathrooms need renovation, exhaust fan in bathroom extremely noisy, rust on heat registers, paint peeling from wall, etc. For a $190/ per night you expect much better.

Perfect stay
It was a Beautiful location right in the heart of Custer State Park. You wake up in the morning and there were Buffalo roaming around. We also saw Elk and Deer. Our room was by a running creek and it was super relaxing

Front desk operations and no manager availabilty
The desk clerk could not give me a copy of my bill upon check out and said an email copy was sent to me. It’s been 4 days since check out and still no itemized billing.

It all about the the park and the location. The lobby and lounge is the only place the wi-fi works. It has is old charm and the restaurant is good. Check could have been more helpful and explained parking better
