The staff was very nice. Location was good. The room was very weird - with shower visible from bedroom - no door and the tub was in the middle of the room. Bed was comfortable Light was very uneven and if you are trying to put on makeup in bathroom it is impossible. Hotel needs a refresh but breakfast was nice and there were a few vegan options.

Rooms in the first building did not live up to photos and we had an adjoining room where the people next door could be heard too easily. Reception was very helpful (and the bell boy) assigning a new room but unfortunately the replacement stank of cigarette smoke! Overall very disappointed with what I was hoping to be the premier hotel in Toulouse
