Traveled during covid......hotel was clean enough, not to gain anxiety, but could have been a bit better. Hotel was quite modern and contemporary just as the pictures describe

Quick trip...slightly dissatisfied
Overall a quick pleasant stay. Booked because the website said their pool was open, very disappointed when we arrived and found out it was closed, “bagged” breakfast consisted of a muffin and nutrigrain bar...rooms were clean, however not too clean, when I wiped down the counters my Lysol wipe was dirty...service at the desk was amazing, very quick to answer questions, let us sit in the lobby as a big group and did not require us to wear a mask while we were together

Life isn’t always what it seems
The WiFi was terrible- we felt that the explanation for breakfast was not accurate on the website and what was offered.

The hallway that our room was on was dirty. It looked as if the floors hadn’t been vacuumed in months! There was dirt and trash in corners. Our room had a very musty smell of dirty rotten feet. It was terrible!! The bathroom was disgusting looking. My son wanted an extra blanket and I pulled the blanket from the closet

Nice but could've been cleaner.
The front desk workers were super friendly! The overall condition of the hotel was maybe a 6 out of 10. Elevators were dirty and smelled funny. Our rooms had a few issues; dirty walls, hairs on the toilets and in the shower, floors needed to be vacuumed and desk area had dried nacho cheese on it. The beds were super comfortable and the shower pressure was perfect.

Service was great. Outside trash cans were overflowing for 3 days and not emptied. No breakfast. There were supposed to be bagged breakfast but unless you got there very early you were out of luck.

Covid 19 sucks
Room was typical and clean on arrival, but was suprised daily cleaning not provided due to COVID 19. Pillows were not comfortable and my wife and I both woke up with headaches. There seemed to be a constant "gray" noise in the room that seemed to try and sound like waves. Breakfast was also affected by the COVID 19 issue and sack breakfast of muffin, apple, breakfast bar, and water was provided instead of the "hot" breakfast as advertised. Location was awesome for us as the hotel was the furthest south of Tyler, TX and close to a new shopping center. We will probably make this hotel our home base in future visits to Tyler. The lower rating is due mostly to the adjustments made from COVID 19 than poor service.
