Not like the pictures. There was a leak in the ceiling. I requested to change rooms but no rooms available. Breakfast was terrible my family and I got some sort of food poisoning. Wife and son were throwing up all day. I would never come back here again more recommend it to family and friends.

Older hotel bathroom needed better attention. Toilet backed up and had to tell maintenance to clean after it was fixed. Hotel is not close to cathedral for Penafrancia and not a good location, however police station is across the street.

The staff was super helpful in accommodating a date change. Expedia couldn't get the change done in their system but the locals simply made a note that my wife would be checking in 2 days later that the reservation. THAT'S the Philippines people for you!! Will stay again for sure!!

Handled issue well!
I booked this room for my fiance. The room was okay except for the air conditioning going out twice. The second time it went out was after midnight and so she had to suffer through the night in the heat. However, the staff made things right and for her second night, she was upgraded for free in one of the deluxe rooms which was so much nicer. Will definitely be staying there again. Very good service
