Not too bad
I was worried because I read so many bad reviews about this hotel. I stayed with my sister in a private en suite room. Its actually not too bad regarding the price. The two things we were complaining were firstly, the room was too cold, even tho there was a radiator. We had to be wearing all our clothes while we were sleeping and ended up catching a cold. Secondly, there was no even kettle that we could drink hot water. I would stay here next time again but not in winter.

Urgently need new bedding
Stayed in female room. It looked like in photo with shower and toilet, in 3th floor. Pillow and duvet were very old, basically nothing left, should invest to have new ones! That's even because it was very cold, needed to cover my head with duvet. It became warmer later in night time. Located in city centre close to underground.

We had the triple room which did not have a window. Decent amount of space and clean. Staff were friendly and very responsive when our door handle fell off and quickly fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the room was a little stuffy due to the lack of a window but once we realised the bathroom had a exhaust fan and left the door open to allow it to ventilate the place, it was much better. Very convenient location right next to the Hotorget station which is only 1 metro stop from the central station. Also, Lidl and Coop supermarkets and many restaurants a short walk away. Although we were concerned as a hostel it might be noisy, our room was away from the reception and therefore very quiet.

Lovely staff but broken door handle
Lovely! Very kind and accessible and friendly staff. :) The one issue was that the door handle to our room didn't open properly on a regular basis, so sometimes I had to open the door for people, and I had to learn a special way of opening the door handle.
