Disappointing stay
Despite looking nice from the outside, the rooms & services are very disappointing. Nothing of what you would expect in a 4* hotel (for the price you are paying) is provided (slippers, coffee machine, enough water etc…). There was a bad smell from sewage in the bathroom and the AC was very loud. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Staff at the desk were exceptionally nice (and tolerant of my Italian even though they spoke English quite well). The room for 2 could have had an extra chair and we wish there were a heated towel rack. But it was quiet and comfortable and large with lots of daylight.we are glad we stayed there. The shower is special.

Loved the property. Gated entrance, nice landscaping. Parking was included and it was easy to get to other tourist areas by car due to entrance right by the freeway. Breakfast had a good variety.

The hotel was some distance from the town of Polignano a Mare but the Tuk Tuks were usually available for a fee of 10 euros There were a couple of good restaurants nearby, one on the beach at the marina and another a short distance further, also overlooking the sea. The breakfast and lunch choice at the hotel was very good but dinner options were somewhat limited. The staff were excellent as also were the two swimming pools and the rooms.
