10/10 Exceptional

The location was beautiful, backing onto the golf course with mountains all around. It was close to the airport and to UBC campus and easy to access downtown if you have a car (which we did). Having underground parking was also nice as it felt very secure. We had a loft suite which was clean with a well set up kitchen and felt spacious. Two bathrooms was a nice treat and having laundry proved very worthwhile as we were caught in a rainstorm and came "home" with muddy wet clothing. Staff were friendly and helpful and had communicated frequently in advance of our arrival so we knew what to expect. I will stay here again and recommend to others.

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, well appointed, and in a great location. The room was large and well appointed. The room was dated, but everything worked perfect and was very clean. Overall, great value and exceeded our expectation. We will be back!

Be aware
The establishment is aging, things were falling apart in the condo... A little TLC is required in that particular unit... Noisy fan (mentionned it to front desk, they told us they made a special request to have it fixed quickly, two weeks later, no word about it). Stained carpet, new paint required, the hide a bed is in bad shape with springs falling out everytime it comes out of the couch, one corner of the mattress is falling through the base. Kitchen has been renovated, very nice, but no stove mittens. Master bed very confortable. Nice quiet location, perfect for golfers, wine tasters.
